AMZENARI SKINCARE is not responsible for orders / packages lost in the mail , stolen, delayed , damaged packages, incorrectly addresses , or unclaimed/ refused packages .Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, AMZENARI SKINCARE is no longer responsible or liable . We are not responsible for any errors via carriers .

We do understand that mistake can be made especially with entering information ,  If your shipping information was entered in incorrectly, Please contact us immediately by email: tanya@amzemari.com / customersupport@amzenari.com or by contact us info found on our website . we will try to do our best in shipping your order to your desired destination once we have not fulfilled your order has yet. we will try to do our best to assist you .

  • On US orders of $250
  • Offer valid for U.S. orders placed at www.AmzenariCosmetics.com. Shipping does not count towards the qualifying amount. No price adjustments on previous purchases. 
  • QUALIFIES FOR STANDARD SHIPPING ONLY.
  • EXPRESS AND PRIORITY SHIPPING ARE EXCLUDED. 
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
  • All orders are processed, and shipped within 1-4 business days.
  • Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival depends on the shipping method you selected at checkout. 
  • Express orders are processed within 1 business day.  
  • EXCEPT during the holiday seasons due to increases in order.
  • You can track your order using the supplied tracking number send to you via email, please to  ensure your email  is entered in correctly . 

US Orders:

  1. USPS First class Mail (2-5 business days)  
  2. USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)
  3. Free Shipping (3-6 business days)
  4. USPS Express Mail (Processed and shipped within 1 business day, Delivery guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases) Express is NOT overnight (Signature may  required). Express orders need to be placed before 12pm EST to guarantee same day shipping. 
  1. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
  • ALL shipping rate is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Please remember we are a small business base in the US  we do not have any form of control over shipping rates.  
  • International Orders
  1. USPS First class mail (14-20 business days) 
  2. USPS Priority mail (6-14 business days)
  3. USPS Express Mail (5 -10 business days) 
  4. Please note on all international packages may be processed through customs regulations which may cause a slight delay with delivery times custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.   

 HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • After placing  your order and your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress and keep track of your packages.
